Monkey Bread Muffins

This is an easy and delicious pastry recipe that you can prepare with ease. It is perfect to make for those picky eaters in your home.

Makes: 6 servings

Total Prep Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

1 tsp. of apple pie spice

¼ cup of white sugar

1, 12 ounce can of refrigerated biscuit dough, cut into pieces

½ cup of light brown sugar

3 Tbsp. of butter

1 tsp. of water

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease a muffin pan with cooking spray and line with paper muffin liners.

In a bowl, add in the apple pie spice and white sugar. Stir well to mix.

Roll the biscuit pieces in the white sugar mix. Transfer into the muffin cups.

In a saucepan set over medium heat, add in the light brown sugar, butter and water. Allow to come to a boil. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until the mix is dissolved. Pour over the biscuits in the muffin pan.

Place into the oven to bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until golden.

Remove and serve.
